After work begins
If the agreed audit cannot be delivered, we will offer re-performance or an appropriate refund. Once a conforming personalized audit has been delivered, refunds are normally unavailable for change of mind because the digital service was prepared for the specific order.
How to request
Email support@tjnovaltd.com with the order reference, purchase email and a short explanation. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card details or private keys. We aim to respond within two business days.
Payment processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank processing time is outside our control. Disputes and failed payments are handled using recorded payment and order states. No refund is executed automatically by this public page.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. We may ask for information needed to verify the order and prevent fraudulent claims.
