Service

CaseRail helps merchants organise chargeback evidence and chronology. It is not a bank, card network, payment processor, law firm or guarantee of outcome. Case decisions remain with the relevant processor, issuer or card network.

Permitted use

You may use the service only for records you are authorised to process. Do not submit false evidence, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or upload secrets and unnecessary sensitive data.

Paid case pack

The displayed USD 9 price is server-authoritative at Checkout. A paid entitlement is issued only after a verified payment event. Access may be revoked after a refund, dispute or payment reversal.

Liability

You remain responsible for evidence accuracy, submission deadlines, processor rules and legal compliance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
