Include the browser and operating system, the provider category you selected, the expected result and the actual result. Use a synthetic or redacted snippet. Do not send an active API key, password, session token, full payment credential or private repository content. We aim to acknowledge ordinary support requests within five business days, although urgent provider-account incidents should be taken directly to the relevant provider.
