The public diagnostic is free.

API Bill Shield is currently offered by TJ NOVA LTD as a free public diagnostic. The website does not accept payment, does not collect card or bank details, and does not grant paid access rights. The monitoring beta mentioned on the page is an expression-of-interest channel only.

No charge means no refund transaction

Because no money is collected for this public tool, there is no purchase to cancel and no payment to refund. If a future paid service is introduced, its price, billing period, delivery scope, cancellation method and refund rules will be presented before a customer makes any commitment. Those future terms will not apply retroactively to the free diagnostic.

Unexpected charge reports

If you believe a charge references TJ NOVA LTD or API Bill Shield, contact support@tjnovaltd.com with a redacted receipt, date, currency and amount. Never send a full card number, bank credential, password, API key or one-time code. We will investigate whether the charge is connected to a genuine TJ NOVA LTD service and explain the appropriate dispute or refund route. API provider charges detected by the scanner must be handled with the relevant provider and are not charges made by this website.
