This notice explains how TJ NOVA LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17308318, handles information for API Bill Shield. The scanner performs its risk analysis in client-side JavaScript. Code snippets, configuration text, selected checkboxes, budgets and generated reports are not uploaded to us by the diagnostic.

Information we process

The public tool does not require an account and does not use third-party analytics. Your language choice may be stored in your browser so the interface can reopen in the same language. Standard hosting logs may temporarily include technical request data such as an IP address, browser type, requested path and time. These logs support security, availability and abuse prevention; they are not used to reconstruct scanner input.

Email and retention

If you voluntarily email support@tjnovaltd.com, the message and contact details you provide are processed to answer your request. Do not send live secrets, API keys or confidential configuration. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the request, legal duties and security records. You may ask about access, correction or deletion by contacting support@tjnovaltd.com.
